SHIPPING METHOD
The META СNС company is responsible for dispatching orders Monday through Saturday, after receipt of payment.
We ship our products by airmail.
Delivery takes 7-22 days.
The shipping cost is 5 Euros (the price includes shipping, packaging, delivery to the recipient’s P/O box, and is added to the order total).
Using the post ID that we provide to you after sending your order, you can track the shipment at the website post company.
2. DELIVERY BY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANIES
At your request, we can arrange order shipment via different shipping companies, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.
The cost of shipping the items ordered from our online shop (the “envelope” type packaging) to the terminal of a transport company in the city of the recipient depends on the tariff policy of each transportation company.
Delivery to the customer’s address in the destination city is also possible.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Payment via PayPal is also possible.
Important: when a payment is made with the use of payment cards and through payment systems, consider the transfer fees of these payment systems.
Product and cash refunds
For a refund, you must send the products back within the legally prescribed period of time and enclose the following documents:
- a free-form application for a refund, stating the reasons for the refund, the models of bicycle hinges, the price and your details;
- a copy of the electronic receipt received in hard copy;
- shipping documents received from META CNC.
We refund money in the same way you paid for your purchase. For example, if you paid by bank card, the refund will be on the card; if by electronic funds from an e-wallet, the payment will be returned to the e-wallet.
Typically, refunds are made within 24 hours after we receive the goods and all necessary documents. For a number of technical reasons refunds can be delayed up to 2-3 working days.
